READ THIS FIRST

We’ve spent years building an operating model that works. It’s proven, profitable, and built to scale. Now we’re looking for someone who can step into that system, execute it with discipline, build an exceptional team, and eventually develop other leaders who can do the same.

Our goal is to build the best meal prep company in the country. That requires exceptional people who want high standards, continuous development, accountability, and teammates who push each other to get better.

If that environment excites you, keep reading.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll take ownership of one My Fit Foods store.

Your job is to build a high‑performing team, create an exceptional customer experience, develop people, drive results, and operate your store like it’s your own business.

As My Fit Foods grows, leaders who consistently deliver results will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility. But first, we want someone focused on making one store exceptional — building an outstanding team, developing future leaders, creating loyal customers, and producing consistent results.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who already knows how to lead. Not someone learning leadership for the first time, but someone who has owned results, developed people, built relationships, and held high standards. The single most important quality you bring is the ability to coach.

You understand people. You know how to identify what motivates someone, diagnose performance at the behavior level, hold people accountable, and help them grow into their potential.

You don’t just develop the people who are naturally great. You know how to coach people who need development and make them better. You genuinely enjoy seeing other people win.

Our systems, metrics, and operating model can be taught. The ability to build people into high performers needs to already be part of who you are.

We need someone who is:

  • An experienced leader: You’ve led people, owned outcomes, and have specific results you can point to.
  • A coach first: You understand people, break performance down to the behavior level, and know how to develop talent.
  • A relationship builder: You earn trust with your team and create genuine connections with customers.
  • A student: You’re coachable, curious, low ego, and constantly working to improve.
  • Committed to mastering the system: You want to understand how every part of the business works and how the pieces connect.
  • Selfless: You care about people and genuinely want others to succeed.
  • Disciplined and consistent: You live what you lead, and your standard doesn’t change with your mood.
  • A front‑line leader: You’re on the floor with your people and customers, not managing from behind a desk.
  • Connected to our mission: Nutrition, fitness, health, and helping people achieve meaningful results matter to you personally.
THE TRAINING PATH

Our philosophy is simple:

You learn to be an exceptional individual performer first.

Becoming excellent in every aspect of the business gives you the understanding needed to coach others to do the same. You cannot coach what you have not done. The depth of training is intentional. We’re developing leaders who understand the entire business, not managers who simply oversee a schedule. The timeline below is a general guide and will vary based on your experience and progression.

You receive your full base salary from day one — this is not a training wage.

Phase 1 — Individual Performer | Approximately 4–8 Weeks

You’ll learn every core function by doing the work yourself, including:

  • Operations
  • Nutrition coaching

You’ll learn what exceptional execution looks like before you’re expected to coach someone else to achieve it.

Phase 2 — Leadership Development | Approximately 2–3 Months

You’ll begin leading the business while developing your ability to:

  • Coach and develop team members
  • Drive key performance indicators
  • Execute marketing initiatives
  • Manage store operations
  • Build accountability
  • Lead the day‑to‑day business

Phase 3 — General Manager

You’ll assume full ownership of your store.

You’ll lead the team, drive financial performance, develop future leaders, own the customer experience, and create the culture and accountability that define My Fit Foods.

This is where you’ll demonstrate your ability to consistently produce exceptional results while building a team that thrives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Protect the culture by modeling our core values every day
  • Own hiring, training, coaching, and development of your team
  • Conduct consistent coaching and accountability check‑ins
  • Lead from the front on customer service and hold your team to the same standard
  • Own your P&L and execute against your KPIs week to week
  • Maintain operational excellence across cleanliness, inventory, payroll, and compliance
  • Partner with local teams on marketing and community outreach
  • Communicate store performance to executive leadership
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings
  • Travel occasionally to support stores and company growth

  • $90,000–$120,000 base salary, paid at the full level from day one
  • Monthly profit sharing tied directly to your store’s P&L — when your store performs, you participate in the upside
  • Path to $300K+ for exceptional operators who consistently build high‑performing businesses
  • Unit Appreciation Rights eligibility after three years of tenure, creating additional upside tied to the value of the business you help build
  • Structured leadership development with a proven operating playbook
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Employee discounts on meals and supplements
  • Paid Time Off: 8 days to start, with the opportunity to earn an additional 12 days based on store performance and results
