We are seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our team at Flynn Arby’s. This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, collaborate with a dedicated team, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Create strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory, staffing, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
  • Drive sales growth through marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement improvements.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workplace, complying with regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry, managing high-volume establishments.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
