Job summary

Arby’s General Manager opportunity in Utah invites you to lead restaurant operations, drive sales and maintain top quality Meatcraft. You’ll manage a management team, supervise staff, and implement training and performance initiatives to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will partner with marketing, control costs, and protect the bottom line while delivering Arby’s brand standards and great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in foodservice management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Willingness to lead interview, hiring and terminations as needed.
• Ability to run the store with a focus on bottom line performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement and training initiatives.
• Oversee local store marketing and efforts to reach sales and profit goals.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality meats and consistent guest experiences.

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’sMeatcraft. You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sales and profitgoals, you’ll be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.To qualify for thisbest-brand-you-ever-worked-for job, you:

• A minimum of 1+ year in foodservice management and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified)
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Applicants should have experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Applicants should be ready and willing to do all interviewing, hiring, and terminations
• Applicants will be expected to run the store as if it was their own business with an eye to the bottom line
