Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant is hiring an experienced General Manager!

The General Manager (GM) at Iron Hill Brewery is responsible for driving sales, delivering results, and Inspiring Loyalty for their location. GMs achieve this through the leadership of their location and in partnership with their Executive Chef (EC) and Brewery counterparts, with a particular focus on high-level execution in People, Operations, and Profits. Modeling themselves after the mayors of their local communities, GM solve all challenges by utilizing available resources inside and outside of the four walls of the restaurant. As the example of Hospitality, GMs maintain a productive, well-disciplined team in each location by crafting unforgettable experiences and strong relationships for guests and team members. GMs are seen as the role models of the locations by upholding all the standards and procedures set by Iron Hill Brewery and develop others to be able to hold the same standards.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service (table service with full bar), high volume restaurant (250-450 covers per dinner shift), required.
  • Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
  • Experience working in a corporate structure preferred.
  • Willingness to commute up to one hour for work or up to thirty miles one way, whichever is greater.
  • ServSafe Certification preferred.
