Keller Executive Search is partnering with a growing, multi-location consumer-facing organization to hire an experienced General Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the full performance of a location, from day-to-day operations and staffing to customer experience, sales targets, and financial results. Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance

• Excellent people-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time and on-site in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Willingness to relocate for this role

• Base salary of $85,000 to $110,000 annually
