Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience (Zaxby’s a plus).
• Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 40 to 50 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check
• In-store training program completed.
• Online ZFI AM test passed with a 90% or above.
• Phase III GM certification
• In-store ZFI Kitchen Demonstrative passed with a 90% or above.
• Food Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Strive to enhance guest experiences by satisfying and exceeding expectations.
• Increase sales and profit through community relationships and outstanding service.
• Ensure an effective weekly work schedule is posted.
• Demonstrate interviewing skills to hire top performers.
• Oversee staffing and new hire orientations.
• Ensure training and certification processes are 100% compliant.
• Provide development plans and performance reviews for management staff.
• Execute quarterly business plans using systems and manuals.
• Assist in marketing plan execution with Area/Market Directors.
• Mentor AMs for future advancement.
• Review daily numbers and coach results.
• Lead with enthusiasm and align with company objectives.
• Maintain flexibility beyond the position parameters.

• Responsible to provide clear development plans and performance reviews for management staff.
• Execute quarterly business plans through the use of systems, training, operation manuals and all other available resources.
• Assist Area Development Managers and/or Market Development Manager in the execution of marketing plans.
• Continually mentor AM’s in the operation of a Zaxby\'s unit and prepare them for the future advancement.
• Review daily numbers each day of work and coach and praise their results.
• Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.

Working Conditions:
