Job summary

Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative, clinical and sales coordination, optimize patient scheduling, and ensure efficient operations across the center.

The role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year with monthly and quarterly bonuses that can add up to about $56,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid training, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3-5 year management experience in dental field

Responsibilities

Compensation:

Nuvia offers competitive base pay. In addition, Nuvia offers our Office Managers the unique opportunity to earn both monthly performance bonuses and yearly anniversary bonuses, which when combined give our Office Managers the ability to earn an additional 56K/year beyond their base pay.

Robust Dental Leadership Structure:

Nuvia Office Managers are well supported, receiving support from dedicated Regional Managers. Our Regional Managers were once Office Managers, and so possess the skill-set to truly assist our Office Managers when support is needed.

Role Overview

General Managers are an integral part of each Nuvia center, working with administrative, clinical and sales team members to ensure the success of the center. General Managers are responsible for optimizing the patient schedule to align with production goals and to ensure patients are being treated efficiently. General Managers are key to ensuring patients have an exceptional treatment experience through excellent communication and managing patient expectations. General Managers are an important part of coordinating the medical clearance of Nuvia patients, working with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure patients are cleared for their surgical procedures in a timely manner. The General Manager is also responsible for managing the administrative team and Dental Assistants, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to, and also that workflows are efficient.

Responsibilities

A Day In The Life

• Patient Scheduling: Schedule patients to optimize efficiency and production
• Medical Clearances: Work with Nuvia providers and external clinical offices to ensure patients are cleared for their surgical procedures in a timely manner.
• System Updates: Ensure accuracy of documentation in Nuvia’s operating system to accurately track patient surgeries, outstanding balances, and medical documentation.
• Daily Huddles: Perform daily huddles and inspections to facilitate alignment and adequate maintenance of the center.
• Communication Management: Collaborate and partner with other departments, such as: Compliance, Provider Success, Sales, Payroll, Facility Support, Patient Experience to ensure operational excellence and alignment.
• Miscellaneous Firefighting: Leverage your skills and experience as a manager to troubleshoot and solve daily situations that could negatively impact the patient, your team, or Nuvia.
