Valley Fitness in Fresno is seeking a General Manager to take charge of daily operations, team development, and strategic execution. This hands-on leader will coach and motivate a team of fitness professionals while delivering exceptional service and achieving performance goals.

You will oversee budgets, monitor financial performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and build strong member relationships.

Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our members and staff

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with our mission and drive business growth

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and innovation

Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost-effective improvements

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for everyone

Build strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall experience with us

Sales-driven and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and dedicated to building long-term client relationships

Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team of fitness professionals

Experience in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in a fitness setting is a plus, but not required

Compensation

$25 - $30 hourly
