Lake Arthur Golf Course invites applications for a Manager to oversee our Pro Shop, Bar/Grill operations, and golf-related events. The role includes managing golf outings, charitable tournaments, leagues, and programs, while promoting our banquet facilities for weddings and other events.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, organized and efficient in management duties, with familiarity in event planning and golf course operations. HR duties cover hiring, training and development of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in management of a golf club or similar facility.
• Ability to hire, train and develop a team.
• Familiarity with event planning and coordinating golf-related events.
• Knowledge of inventory control and profit management.

Lake Arthur Golf Course is seeking candidates who will manage our Pro Shop, oversee the Bar/Grill providing exceptional service for golfing clients. The candidate will also manage golf outings, charitable tournaments, league groups, golf programs as well as promoting our banquet facilities for other events such as weddings, parties etc. The Candidate must be motivated, organized and efficient in management responsibilities. We would prefer that the candidate is familiar with event planning and some golf course experience.
Manager will have human resource responsibilities such as hiring, training and development of the team. Inventory management and profit control is expected. The candidate will also have knowledge and involvement with the course management team.
We are a family owned (since 1974) 18 holes public course. We are well established and take pride in our service to the golf course community.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
