Role Responsibilities

Learn and ensure compliance with all franchise policies.
Follow procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary.
Hire and supervise all employees, including Assistant Managers, Crew Leaders, and Crew Members.
Prepare weekly financial reports for the corporate office.
Handle daily bank deposits.
Manage weekly employee schedules.
Order food and supplies.
Schedule equipment maintenance.
Oversee all catering orders.
Engage in marketing activities.
Operate the store with an 'owner's hat' mentality.
