What You'll Be Doing


Operational Leadership

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.

- Monitor daily activities, including food preparation, service standards, and customer interactions.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.


Team Management

- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment.

- Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Encourage teamwork, professional development, and a customer-focused mindset among team members.

- Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs effectively.


Customer Satisfaction

- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.

- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Financial Management

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Control costs and optimize profitability through effective inventory management and purchasing decisions.

- Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue.


Business Development

- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

- Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community stakeholders.


Compliance and Safety

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency.


What We're Looking For:

- High school diploma, GED certificate or demonstration of sufficient reading and math skills to read manuals and prepare computer reports as required.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.

- ServSafe certification or ability to attain within the first 60 days of employment required.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make strategic decisions.

- Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control.

- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
