Job summary

Eggs Up Grill Germantown is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations at our Germantown, TN location. The role includes staff oversight, food quality, safety compliance, and driving catering orders with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in a restaurant management role

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must agree to background and credit check
• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel)
• Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports
