Prime Car Wash in Indiana is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, oversee equipment and staff, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will hire and train new employees, coach teams, ensure quality service, manage wash materials, POS systems, and coordinate with sales and member relations. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for delivering happiness by keeping quality at the forefront of service.

General managers oversee all functions and operational matters of the wash location, while building sales and fostering relationships with members and customers. This role is the final stop of all matters relating to operations, sales, and employees.

Compensation/Benefits & Qualifications

• Salary range: Up to $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
• Paid Time Off and Health Insurance available for those who qualify (medical, dental & vision plan options)
• Unlimited use of wash facility
• 1-3 years, proven track record of success in managing day to day operation in a fast-paced team leader, manager or assistant manager position
• Knowledge of cars and detailing skills a plus but not required
