Prime Car Wash Jacksonville is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a car wash location, lead a team, and drive sales while maintaining top-tier guest service. You will manage staff, coordinate training, and ensure quality control across all wash services.

• Knowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as needed.
• Ordering of wash chemicals, supplies, and products.
• Operation of POS system as well as other wash computer programs.

General managers oversee all functions and operational matters of the wash location, while building sales and fostering relationships with members and customers. This role is the final stop of all matters relating to operations, sales, and employees.

Compensation/Benefits & Qualifications

• Salary range: Up to $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
• Paid Time Off and Health Insurance available for those who qualify (medical, dental & vision plan options)
• Unlimited use of wash facility
• 3-5 years, proven track record of success in managing day to day operation in a fast-paced team leader, manager or assistant manager position
• Knowledge of cars and detailing skills a plus but not required
