Job summary

Compass Corporate, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a General Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations for a major account. You will oversee P&L, budgeting, HR, scheduling, payroll, and team development while ensuring top‑quality food and service.

Work closely with the Chef and management team to create menus and roll out new culinary programs with marketing. This role requires strong leadership, high‑volume operations experience, and a track record in customer relations.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with Compass

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the account.
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.

Job Summary

The General Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, holds duties related to day to day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
