Job summary

Tasty D’Lites, LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily Dunkin’ brand operations at our Essex Center location. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and a positive team culture, stepping in to help in line roles during peaks.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, schedule effectively, manage inventory and costs, ensure food safety, and uphold company policies. ServSafe certification is preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.

• Experience managing labor, inventory, and financial performance.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities
