Job summary

Moe's Southwest Grill is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, ensure high food quality and safety, and drive financial performance.

The GM will manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs while delivering an exceptional guest experience and building community relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, hiring, and team development
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
