Job summary

Flynn Wendy’s is seeking a General Manager to lead and grow our Wendy’s restaurant operations in the Flynn Group family. You will mentor and develop team members to deliver great food and exceptional service, while taking full responsibility for operational and financial results.

You will drive the Wendy’s culture, ensure safety and quality standards, and optimize schedules, labor, and guest satisfaction across a fast-paced drive-thru operation.

Qualifications

• Three years experience as restaurant general manager at a quick service with heavy drive-thru.
• Strong background in restaurant operations with benchmarks in food, labor, service, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop team members to drive store success and Wendy's culture.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance across all shifts.

You will have total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant.

Compensation: Wendy's® General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.

As a Candidate

You have three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, Arby's, Taco Bell, etc.).

You have a strong background in restaurant operations achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. You have a passion for developing and leading teams and strive for excellence.
