Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals and KPIs by managing shop throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Assign repair jobs, prioritize vehicle teardown or painting, and support teammates during peak times.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards, are billed correctly, and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage payroll, staffing, PTO, and leave to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate daily production flow with team members to meet delivery deadlines.
• Write and update estimates, ensuring they are DRP compliant and final.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the collision industry, insurance procedures, and estimating software (CCC ONE).
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with computers and technology; valid driver's license required.
