Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional Wingstop guest experience. You will foster accountability, develop future leaders, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards and food safety.

You will manage labor and costs, ensure safety procedures, and partner with the District Manager to hit restaurant and company goals.

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at Far West Restaurant Group, you’ll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You’ll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.
