Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive sales, uphold the Wingstop guest experience, and build a culture of accountability.

You’ll recruit, coach, and retain leaders, ensure safety and quality, and partner with leadership to hit company goals. Strong restaurant management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at Far West Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for creating a culture of accountability, developing future leaders, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring every guest receives the Wingstop experience they expect. This role is a key leadership position that helps shape the future of our restaurants and our company.

• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
