Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service in Dixfield, ME. This role focuses on team development, performance, and community involvement to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.

The GM will coach staff, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold store standards while contributing to local growth and a positive culture.
