Job Summary

The General Manager is a newly created role focused on day‑to‑day operations and leadership of the company. This position will oversee service, accounting, and internal operations while maintaining key relationships with OEM builders and customers. It is an on‑site leadership role ideal for a collaborative leader with machine tool industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the company
• Oversee the service department and accounting functions
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM machine tool builders and key customers
• Foster a collaborative, family‑style team environment
• Support company growth and operational efficiency
• Participate in occasional travel to trade shows or builder visits (approximately 10%)

Requirements

• Prior experience in the machine tool industry (dealer, builder, or machine shop background required)
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience

• Willingness to work fully on‑site

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000
• Bonus: 5% Profit Sharing
