Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Council Bluffs, IA, to oversee daily restaurant operations, build and lead a strong team, and ensure guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service.

You will hire, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, manage scheduling, and drive financial performance through effective budgeting and cost control. Franchisee will be the employer.

Qualifications

• Experience running restaurant operations and leading teams.
• Ability to hire, onboard, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Experience with scheduling and controlling labor against budget.

You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each new hire. You-re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
