Taco Bell in Coralville, IA is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, hire, train, and coach Team Members and Shift Leads, manage scheduling, and oversee budgets and financial plans to drive strong performance and profitability.

You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. You-re also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
