Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitoring progress, and coaching to improve operations.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations, preferably in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
