• Our best General Managers will earn over $200,000 in 2026.
• The General Manager base salary is $85,000.
• The General Manager earns a short‑term monthly bonus and an annual long‑term bonus based on store sales and profits, providing an opportunity to earn an additional $35,000–$45,000 per year. Tenured General Managers can earn an additional $10,000–$15,000 per year in long‑term bonuses.

Growth and Advancement Opportunities

• We are opening 20 new restaurants across Texas in the next four years, requiring 20 new General Managers and 120 new Assistant Managers.
• Ambitious individuals can develop into an Area Manager role within 2–5 years, earning $175,000–$400,000 per year depending on the number of restaurants overseen.
• To become eligible for an Area Manager position, candidates must complete our 16‑week training program, gain hands‑on experience as an Assistant General Manager, and master the General Manager role. Assistant General Managers earn $85,000 on average; top performers earn up to $100,000. The path to Area Manager takes a minimum of 18 months.

Training and Development

• The 16‑week Coach training program, known as Pluckers University, covers culture, expectations, and the Pluckers Way.
• We provide ongoing leadership development programs and clear performance expectations to all coaches.
