Benefits and Compensation

• The highest paying GM roles can earn over $200,000 in 2026.
• Base salary for General Managers: $75,000 - $80,000.
• Short‑term monthly bonus and annual long‑term bonus potentially adding $35,000 - $150,000 per year.

Career Growth

• Pluckers is opening 20 new restaurants across Texas over the next four years, creating opportunities for 20 new General Managers and 120 new Assistant Managers.
• Within 6-12 months you can become a General Manager.
• Our Area Managers earn $175,000 - $400,000 per year, depending on the number of restaurants overseen.
• Progression to Area Manager requires completing a 16‑week training program, gaining experience as an Assistant General Manager, and mastering the General Manager role.
