Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in College Park, MD, to lead daily restaurant operations at a franchise location. You will recruit, coach and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, while ensuring fast, friendly service and guest satisfaction.

You will coach staff on business priorities, manage schedules and budgets, and drive performance through training and strong leadership. A path for career growth within the restaurant organization is provided.
