The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in managing a site, preferably in the aerospace or defense sectors. Qualifications

• 10+ years of running a site with P&L responsibility.
• Aerospace/Defense/Castings experience preferred.
• Strong operational presence on the floor.

Job description

• Responsible for being the leader of a single-site and having full profit and loss responsibility
• Will provide executive oversight for all business functions while maintaining a strong operation presence on the floor
• Will lead a team of 6 salaried leaders and 55 hourly across one shift
• Will drive financial performance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and strategic growth
• The GM manages executive and administrative decisions related to responsibilities, reporting, and financial forecasting
• 10+ years of running a site with P&L responsibility
• Aerospace/Defense/Castings experience, sand or green casting experience is preferred
• Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required
• Company has over 40 years of industry experience
