Job summary

Frey Consulting Group represents an established food manufacturing client in Rochester, NY. The Vice President / General Manager will oversee overall business performance, manufacturing operations, financial results and people leadership with a hands‑on presence across the operation.

You will lead day‑to‑day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality and other key functions, own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within food manufacturing or a closely related manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and cross‑functional teams.
• P&L ownership with a strong understanding of financial and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base salary + bonus potential
