You will oversee operations for our luxury portfolios, including Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Bugatti, and be fully accountable for customer retention and profitability.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, team development, CSI performance, pricing and inventory strategy, and strong external relations with luxury manufacturers and lenders.

Qualifications

• Proven GM or GSM experience at a luxury, high-volume dealership.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Plan, implement, and assess successful operations across all dealership departments to optimize performance and profitability.

• Customer Experience: Maintain CSI scores at or above company and manufacturer standards.
• Inventory & Financials: Oversee vehicle pricing, inventory strategy, and balance sheet management.
• External Relations: Cultivate relationships with luxury manufacturers, lending institutions, and the local community.

The Opportunity

As our General Manager, you will oversee operations for our elite luxury portfolios:

• Fields Motorcars North Shore (Gold Coast): Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Bugatti.
• Fields Motorcars Downers Grove: Lamborghini and Bentley.

You will be fully accountable for customer retention and dealership profitability, with a primary focus on the variable side—including new/used vehicle sales, finance, and internet sales operations.

Position Type: Full-Time (Seeking either two dedicated General Managers or one overarching General Manager to lead both high-profile locations)

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager (GM) or General Sales Manager (GSM) at a luxury, high-volume automotive dealership is required.
• Track Record: Documented history of achieving strong profitability and consistent, positive Customer Satisfaction results.
• Leadership Style: Team-oriented, collaborative, and communicative mentor who thrives on employee relations.
• Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle driving record. Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check is required.
