- Strong background in food & beverage operations, including events and experiential dining
- Proven ability to manage dynamic, high-touch environments with multiple outlets
- Passion for wellness, creativity, and building community-driven experiences
- Financial acumen to manage $4M–$6M operations and drive sustainable growth
- A collaborative leadership style rooted in empathy, accountability, and high performance
Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including F&B, wellness, concierge, facilities, and programming
- Lead and mentor department heads while fostering a culture of purpose, service, and creativity
- Deliver a consistently elevated member experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with events and membership teams to create compelling, mission-aligned programming
- Serve as brand steward—cultivating partnerships, community presence, and local engagement
- Drive financial performance, manage budgets and KPIs, and activate new revenue streams
