About the Position
They are seeking an experienced, results-focused General Manager with a proven track record in large-scale grocery warehousing and distribution. This role is critical in providing operational leadership to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a high-volume distribution environment. The General Manager will oversee customer relationships, operational efficiencies, and financial performance while driving a strong safety culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
2. 10+ years of distribution experience, with a strong emphasis on large-scale grocery warehousing and distribution.
3. 5+ years of senior leadership experience in a high-volume 3PL or CPG environment.
4. Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong technical expertise.
5. Proven experience managing customer relationships, budgets, and operational KPIs.
6. Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and the ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics tools.
