Job description

Under the supervision of Pauma Economic Development Corporation, the Starbucks General Manager is responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and success of the store. This role oversees daily business operations, drives financial performance, develops and leads teams, ensures exceptional customer service, and maintains compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. The General Manager creates a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and growth while delivering outstanding customer experience. Flexibility is a must. Must be able to work early morning hours, afternoon, evening and holidays.

Store Hours: 6AM to 10PM

Pump Hours: 24/7

Starbucks Hours: 4:30AM to 8PM
