The role emphasizes accountability for daily operations, staff coaching, and local community involvement, with a franchisee-led structure and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and inventory.
• Passion for guest service and team development.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 13 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
