MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager in Brunswick, GA to lead a collaborative team and deliver a personalized eye-care experience for patients. You will own the office’s success, including patient experiences, financial performance, and operations, reporting to the District Manager.

Evening and weekend shifts are required. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive KPI performance, and partner with doctors and home-office support to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of management experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership-facing role.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Effective communicator and a strong leader who embodies MyEyeDr. values.

About the Role

Are you looking to start a new career journey? As a MyEyeDr. General Manager you will cultivate a collaborative working environment with all associate members to provide a personalized eye‑care experience for patients. You will achieve this through partnership with trusted community doctors, vendors, and knowledgeable teams who help our patients see, look, and be their best. As the Office Leader you will own all aspects of our office success, including patient experiences, financial P&L, team member performance and development, and office operations. You will share knowledge and collaborate with peers and be the ultimate brand ambassador. This role reports to the District Manager. Some evening and weekend shifts are required.

You Will

• Build and foster a purpose‑driven team through recruitment, onboarding, ongoing training and development.
• Have direct responsibility for the financial success of your office by managing behaviors that drive KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home‑office support, and associate members to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver key performance indicators with flawless execution of patient experiences and provide in‑the‑moment coaching to other office leaders and team members.
• Maximize optometric partnerships through participation and involvement in coverage, walk‑in availability, and doctor availability.
• Lead the Doctor of Optometry business partnership and ongoing relationship.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance to promote a productive and safe work environment for team members and patients.
• Lead performance and development in partnership with the District Manager for all team members.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards, patient requirements, and requests.

About You

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience serving in a management position (Retail or Hospitality strongly preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership‑facing role serving as the main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a complex, customer‑facing, fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communicator, detail‑oriented, and a strong leader who demonstrates the values of MyEyeDr.
• Upholds exceptional service standards and acts as a mentor to team members and patients.
• A servant‑leadership style with strong drive for results, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, full scope optical office roles, and services.
• A natural leader with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
