Job summary

Auberge Collection is seeking an executive leader to oversee all food and beverage departments across our portfolio of luxury hotels and venues. You will craft and execute world-class dining experiences, drive profitability, and champion our brand values while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.

As a member of the executive team, you will build and mentor a talented culinary and service staff, develop innovative F&B strategies, manage financial performance, and maintain the high standards

Qualifications

• Three or more years experience in food and beverage operations.
• Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and leading F&B teams.
• Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
