You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that provides excellent food and friendly service. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing employees, conducting orientation, executing training plans, scheduling, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing budgets and financial plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a proven track record in people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong decision-making skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 80% of shifts
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
