Uncle Julio's is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Brentwood, TN location. You will oversee guests, staff, and operations to ensure quality, profitability, and outstanding guest experiences in a scratch-kitchen Tex-Mex environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ current experience in the Casual Restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
