As General Manager, you will lead a diverse team dedicated to delivering seamless hospitality and operational excellence. You will champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily operations, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience.
• Develop, coach, and inspire teams while fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and engagement.
• Partner with culinary and hospitality leaders to deliver innovative food, beverage, and service programs.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, operational excellence, and strategic partnership.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost controls.
• Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading premium hospitality, luxury hotel, fine dining, private club, high‑end retail hospitality, or guest experience operations.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching, development, and team engagement.
• Experience creating elevated guest experiences and service standards.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational leadership.
• Commitment to creating inclusive environments where team members can thrive.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Culinary Management, or a related field is welcome; equivalent experience will also be considered.
