InMotion Wellness Studio in Asheville, NC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operation phases, financial planning, budgeting, and personnel hiring. You will ensure day-to-day sales, scheduling, training, studio maintenance, and member satisfaction align with the studio's philosophy.

The role offers a salary range of $50k–$75k plus performance-based bonuses, bi-monthly pay, and opportunities for advancement. Training is provided to cover anatomy, business, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or education in kinesiology/exercise science is preferred.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Manage time effectively.
• Able to communicate clearly.

Job Summary

To establish, coordinate, and administer all phases of operation within the InMotion wellness studio. The General Manager will be responsible for the coordination and administration of financial planning, budget development, profit and loss statements, and hiring of all personnel. The day-to-day operations of all sales, scheduling, training, studio maintenance, and member satisfaction are the main focal points of responsibility.

Possible Relocation to other Studio

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
