Moe’s Southwest Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage teams. Strong communication, decision making, and financial management are essential to meet sales goals and uphold brand standards.

The General Manager will oversee training, safety, and inventory, while fostering a positive work environment and delivering consistent service quality across shifts.

• 3 yrs of previous experience in a similar General Manager role.

Responsabilidades

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures.
• Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals.
• Manage food and labor costs.
• Execute company policies and procedures.
• Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary.
• Maintain safe working conditions.
• Manage crew members to maximize retention.
• Interview and hire team members.
• Provide proper training for team members.
• Identify problems and initiate corrective action.
• Maintain fast, accurate service and excellent customer service; meet company and customer expectations.
• Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Support the company by providing leadership, direction, training, and development for Assistant Managers and team members.

As the General Manager, some of your responsibilities may be to:
