ETE REMAN is seeking a Maintenance Worker in Milwaukee, WI to keep our production facility in top condition. You’ll perform minor fixes, inspect control panels, install equipment, and handle cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.

Expect to support safety systems, collaborate with staff, and follow directions from leadership in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of production equipment and a willingness to work overtime.

Formación

• Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position
• Basic knowledge of production equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship will be a plus
• Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime
• Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plus
• Willingness to get dirty and work with chemicals
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand 8+ hours a day

Responsabilidades

• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, etc.
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Install appliances and equipment
• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and janitorial, etc.
• Perform garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, and ensuring the exterior of our building is clean and tidy
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, changing filters, etc.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (i.e.: replace pumps)
• Check functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarms
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
• Report to facilities or maintenance manager for issues
• Follow directions from team leads, supervisors and managers
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to all safety rules, have great attendance and give it your all very day

As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a key role in the upkeep of our production facility. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems to ensure facilities are tidy and functional. You will perform building surveys, cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks, such as changing oil and maintaining production washers. Your eye for detail, excellent follow through, and technical knowledge will make you excel in this position.
