Location: Razo Construction Inc, St. Kitts

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine landscaping: mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control.

· Maintain flower beds, trim trees and hedges, and clean up green spaces.

· Operate and maintain equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters.

· Pressure wash exterior surfaces: driveways, patios, walls, and outdoor furniture.

· Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces to keep them spotless and professional.

· Handle minor outdoor maintenance such as repairing fences, gates, garden lighting, and irrigation heads.

· Troubleshoot issues like broken tools, clogged drains, or faulty irrigation.

· Inspect the property and report damages or potential hazards.

· Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and well-maintained.

· Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, hurricane prep, and cleanup after storms.

Requirements:

· Experience in landscaping or general property maintenance preferred.

· Hands-on problem-solver with a positive attitude.

· Skilled with hand and power tools.

· Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in hot, humid, or wet conditions.

· Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work.

· Valid driver’s license is a plus!
