Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a General Maintenance Worker at UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS AHUJA MEDICAL CENTER. This full-time role offers shifts in the morning and overnight, with some weekends/holidays, and a pay range of $19.00–$27.38 per hour.

You’ll perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and related trades, support safety, and help keep facilities running smoothly. A minimum of 2 years’ related experience and appropriate licenses/certifications are required; benefits

• Hold appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing.
• Performs tasks such as but not limited to changing light bulbs, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
