Job Overview

As a General Maintenance Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in a Just Tires center, utilizing mechanical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing excellent customer service. You will learn about brakes, alignments, and other automotive services, with opportunities for ongoing learning in the evolving automotive industry. We encourage your success—apply today!

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, inspection, maintenance, and repair services such as brake repairs, fluid exchanges, wheel alignments, and tire installations.
• Provide excellent customer communication and feedback about vehicle status.
• Mentor junior technicians and document all work accurately.
• Report safety concerns immediately and adhere to company policies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure timely and quality service.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive experience with repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 or older.
• No relocation assistance provided.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel systems.
