The pay range for this position is $16.75-$20.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Position Overview:

As a General Maintenance Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in a Just Tires center, diagnosing technical issues and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities:

1. Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
2. Include brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
3. Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicle issues.
4. Mentor junior automotive technicians.
5. Document all work on repair orders.
6. Report safety issues immediately.
7. Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care.
8. Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
9. Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, for extended periods.

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience (brake repairs, fluid flushes, preventative maintenance).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation offered.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical, A/C, and fuel systems.
