The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $20.00/hr; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Position Overview:

As a General Maintenance Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in one of our centers, diagnosing technical issues and providing outstanding service. You will work with brakes, alignments, and learn about the latest automotive technologies. We support your success and invite you to apply today!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Perform line technician services, routine inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and problem-solving.
  2. Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicle issues.
  3. Guide and mentor junior technicians.
  4. Conduct brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installations.
  5. Document all work on repair orders.
  6. Report safety issues immediately.
  7. Promote teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care.
  8. Adhere strictly to company vehicle care policies.
  9. Perform manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
  2. Valid driver’s license.
  3. Must be at least 18 years old.
  4. No relocation offered.
  5. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. ASE Certification.
  3. Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
  4. Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition.
