This is a Night Shift position, hours are 5:30PM - 6:00AM.

The General Maintenance Technician will perform the following tasks:

• Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities equipment.
• Complete basic carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, plastic, sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using hand and power tools.
• Learn and work on fire safety systems, paint and caulking applications, carpet installation, and drywall patching.
• Troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and report them to the supervisor.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and process specifications.
• Perform routine inspections to determine necessary repair and maintenance work for maintaining facility assets.
• Execute routine, repetitive, and basic tasks where precedent, methods, and processes are well established.
• Make simple decisions, but refer most to more experienced personnel as necessary.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with knowledge of using proper PPE.
• Climb and work from a ladder.
• Access above ceiling and below floor spaces.
• Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Week 1 – Mo / Tu ON; We / Th / Fr OFF; Sa / Su ON.
• Week 2 – Mo / Tu OFF; We / Th / Fr ON; Sa / Su OFF.
• Hours – 1730-0600 (5:30pm – 6:00am).

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of prior experience.
• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Security Clearance: Top Secret (TS/SCI) w/ CI Poly.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $42,000 - $65,000.
